Not on your life! We’re proud to be SLS free across all Wuli products. Stripping hair of nutrition goes against our whole brand ethos. So no need to worry, sulphates are nowhere to be found here.

Our range IS vegan. Veganism sometimes gets a bad rep. But when it comes to hair care we believe plants and natural minerals offer some of the best damn ingredients around. 

We harvest what nature provides and leverage science to ensure the best properties craft each formula. In short, we’re proud to be 100% vegan with our range. We’re also cruelty-free!

Apart from products that contain hydrolysed wheat protein to boost volume and condition fine hair, every other product in our range is gluten-free. 

No doubt you’ve probably heard the phrase “clean beauty” used in the last few years. Sadly, it’s not a regulated term, and everyone has a different interpretation. Fortunately for you, ours is really simple. 

Every ingredient that goes into our jars and bottles adhere to global regulations. That means if regulators deem an ingredient as prohibited or dangerous, you have our guarantee it's not in any of our products. If you're worried or unsure about any ingredient, drop us a line, and we'd be happy to share more insight with you.

Nope. Not one bit. All of our items are free from silicones. The last thing we want to do is make your hair dry, clogged with buildup or weighty. So there are no silicones to be found here.

Short answer, no. All of our oils are sustainable, including the castor oil that forms one of our formulas' fundamental bases. 

No product in our range contains synthetic proteins. We rely on natural proteins extracted from soy and plants. 

Our jars, lids, bottles and boxes are all 100% recyclable. The way you recycle them will differ by region, so always best to check your local guidelines.

Where possible, we love sourcing our ingredients from across Australia.

Unfortunately, Australia doesn't produce all the ingredients we need, so we also source from other countries. However, all of our formulas are carefully crafted right here by our experts in Australia at the end of the day.

You bet. All Wuli products are safe for use in colour treated hair. 

Everyone has a unique story when it comes to allergic reactions. If you’re debating about trying our Curl Cream, Matte Balm or Shine Balm, a great way to know if Wuli is right for you is to purchase a sample tin. Measuring 20g, you can test it out without the commitment. If it works, fantastic! If not, gift it to someone you know that deserves great hair, or speak to us, and we'll see what we can do to sort you out. 

We also highly recommend chatting with your hairstylist or barber to determine the best solutions. As a last resort, see your doctor to check for allergies.

Our range is designed to safely last for up to 18 months from delivery. If you're in any doubt, send us a message with the batch number on the back of your jar and box, and we'll double-check for you.

Yes. That’s why we’ve created 20g sample versions of our Curl Cream, Matte Balm and Shine Balm. Find it in the size options on each product page. 

Unfortunately, a sample size is not available for the Sea Salt Spray.

Our Curl Cream was specially formulated for everyone who rocks natural curly, coily or wavy hair. Short or long, this cream is designed to bring the best version of natural curls to life.

If your hair is more on the fine-textured side, then the Matte Balm and Shine Balm are just what you need. Both products add hold and our trademark mix of nutritious ingredients to all fine, flat and limp hair types. 

Our Sea Salt Spray is the great equaliser. Whether your hair is curly or fine, it provides the perfect hit of moisture and essential oils with each use.

Orders of $99 and over ship free across Australia, automatically — there's no code to enter. Orders under $99 are a $11.95 flat rate. You can also add Priority Shipping for $6.95, which moves your order to the front of our packing queue so it leaves us within one business day.

AUSTRALIA: We pack and dispatch from Sydney within 1–2 business days, and send every order with tracking via Australia Post. From dispatch, delivery usually takes:

SYDNEY, MELBOURNE, BRISBANE, ADELAIDE AND PERTH METRO: 2–4 business days.
REGIONAL AND REMOTE AREAS: 4–8 business days.
WA, NT AND FAR NORTH QLD: allow up to 10 business days.

These are Australia Post's estimates rather than guarantees, and the clock starts from dispatch, not from when you place your order. During Black Friday and Christmas, dispatch can stretch to 2–3 business days — we'll always say so on the website when that's the case.

INTERNATIONAL: We ship to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Singapore and European Union member countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight, and delivery usually takes 7–21 business days. Customs duties, taxes and import fees charged by the destination country are your responsibility — for EU orders that includes local VAT and any carrier handling fee.

Don't worry. Email [email protected] as soon as you can with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn't been packed yet, we'll fix it for free.

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll happily resend it once you cover the return and re-delivery postage. Once a parcel is with Australia Post we can't redirect it.

Marked delivered but not there? Check your letterbox, your building's parcel area and with your neighbours first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we'll lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.

Running late? If your parcel is more than 10 business days past its estimated delivery date, get in touch. If Australia Post confirms it as lost, we'll resend your order or refund it in full — your choice.

Damaged in transit? Email [email protected] a photo of the parcel and the product within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost to you.

Yes — that's our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you've tried a Wuli product and it hasn't worked for your hair, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you or swap it for something better suited.

You don't need to send the product back. Used product isn't something we can resell, so keep it or pass it to a friend. The guarantee covers one order per customer and applies to your first purchase of a product. Choose a full refund to your original payment method, or store credit worth 10% more than you paid if you'd rather try something else.

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the product price. Return postage is at your cost unless the product was faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, and original shipping charges aren't refunded on change-of-mind returns.

Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including postage, and we'll cover the cost of returning the item if we need it back.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that can't be excluded. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee is offered in addition to these rights, not instead of them.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. We process approved refunds within 3 business days, and your bank or Afterpay may take a further 3–5 business days to show it. Where a product was faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we refund the shipping you paid as well.

If you've chosen store credit instead, we'll email your credit — worth 10% more than you paid — within 1 business day.
