Shipping & Delivery Policy

All Wuli Hair Care orders are packed and dispatched from Sydney, NSW, and sent with Australia Post. This page explains our shipping rates, dispatch and delivery times, tracking, and what happens if a parcel is lost, delayed or damaged.

Shipping rates within Australia

Free shipping over $99

Free shipping applies automatically at checkout once your cart reaches $99 (after any discounts, before shipping). There is no code to enter.

What Priority Shipping does

Priority Shipping is an optional upgrade that moves your order to the front of our packing queue so it leaves us within one business day. It does not change how long Australia Post takes to deliver once your parcel is in their network.

Dispatch times

• Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are usually packed the same or next business day.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are packed the next business day.
• Priority Shipping orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
• During sale periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas) dispatch can take 2–3 business days. We will always tell you on the website if that is the case.

Delivery times in Australia

Australia Post's Parcel Post service typically takes:

• Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth metro: 2–4 business days
• Regional and remote areas: 4–8 business days
• WA, NT and far north QLD: allow up to 10 business days

These are Australia Post's estimates, not guarantees. Delivery time is counted from dispatch, not from when you place your order.

We deliver to street addresses, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers anywhere in Australia.

Order tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You can follow it at auspost.com.au/mypost/track.

If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, email us at [email protected] with your order number and we will chase it with Australia Post for you.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

Marked delivered but not there

Check your letterbox, your building's parcel area, and with your neighbours first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.

Delayed parcels

If your parcel is more than 10 business days past its estimated delivery date, contact us and we will investigate. If Australia Post confirms it as lost, we will resend your order or refund it in full — your choice.

Damaged in transit

Email us a photo of the parcel and the product within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost to you.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will happily resend it once you cover the return and re-delivery postage. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — if your order has not been packed yet we can fix it for free.

International shipping

We ship Wuli Hair Care worldwide to the following destinations:

• New Zealand
• United States
• Canada
• United Kingdom
• Singapore
• European Union member countries — including Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, Poland, Czechia, Greece and all other EU member states

International rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight. Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping charge. For European Union orders this includes local VAT and any handling fee charged by the carrier on delivery.
